Parts Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Inventory Specialist to join our team in Cleburne, TX. Key Responsibilities

  • Physical Stock Management: Safely move small parts from shelves, organize storage areas, and ensure all items are placed in their correct locations.

  • Tagging & Labeling: Accurately label and tag incoming and existing parts according to company cataloging standards.

  • Inventory Counts (Stock Take): Perform regular cycle counts and physical audits to maintain precise inventory tracking.

  • Digital Documentation: Use a mobile device or tablet to take clear photos of parts and upload them into our inventory system/database.

  • Product putaway: Using ABC analysis place items in the right location to have hi-turnover items close to the point of use, this requires taking product from purchasing crib to outside containers and vice versa.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Proven experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or parts department role is a plus.

  • Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods to manage physical stock.

  • Basic tech-savviness (ability to operate a smartphone or tablet camera and upload files).

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
