Parts Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Inventory Specialist to join our team in Cleburne, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for both the physical and digital management of our small parts inventory. Your time will be split between hands-on warehouse organization—such as moving, tagging, and counting parts—and digital cataloging, which includes taking and uploading clear product photos.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys precise, methodical work, possesses a strong attention to detail, and is comfortable using basic digital tools (smartphones/tablets) to track inventory. 

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Basic tech-savviness (ability to operate a smartphone or tablet camera and upload files).
Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods to manage physical stock.

Must Have


High school diploma or equivalent preferred


Proven experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or parts department role is a plus.

Responsibilities


Physical Stock Management

Safely move small parts from shelves, organize storage areas, and ensure all items are placed in their correct locations.

Tagging & Labeling

Accurately label and tag incoming and existing parts according to company cataloging standards.

Inventory Counts (Stock Take)

Perform regular cycle counts and physical audits to maintain precise inventory tracking.

Digital Documentation

Use a mobile device or tablet to take clear photos of parts and upload them into our inventory system/database.

Product putaway

 Using ABC analysis place items in the right location to have hi-turnover items close to the point of use, this requires taking product from purchasing crib to outside containers and vice versa.

Schedule

Your regular working hours will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation

Your starting wage will be $17.00 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit.
